 FAQs

  • Yes, all orders are packaged in a plain cardboard box or poly mailer. There is nothing on the outside that indicates the package contents. The label is addressed from SSC.

  • Everything available is on my website. Please use the search bar or browse the shop pages to find what you want. If an item says sold out, it is no longer available.

  • Prices are always shown on my website. Find the item by typing in the search bar or browsing the shop pages by category. The item listing will show how much it costs.

  • If you paid too much for shipping, the excess will be refunded to you.

  • All orders come with tracking — a shipping notification will be sent to your email when your order is done. Please remember I drop packages off 1–2 times per week; your notification is sent when the label is purchased, not when the package is in the mail

  • No; all items are first come, first served.

  • Clean your paci before and after use for best hygiene. Use warm water and mild soap to wash the nipple and back of the shield, then let your paci completely air dry before storing to avoid mildew. Do not use boiling water or harsh cleaning chemicals. Isopropyl alcohol can also be used when necessary.

I use strong glue, but please be gentle with decos as they are delicate! I do not recommend sleeping with a deco in your mouth, or any other situations in which they might be crushed.
