No bullying or being rude to me or others — this shop is a safe space!
Turn around time for order fulfillment is 1–2 weeks (this does not include shipping time).
For sanitary reasons, I do not accept returns or exchanges.
I accept cancelations on orders only if they have not been shipped yet.
My work is for personal use only, it is not intended for resale.
Due to the handmade nature of my items, there may be small flaws. Ordering a handmade item means that you understand and accept this.
You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with your order. Shipping costs are not included in my item prices. If you choose the wrong shipping option during checkout or otherwise do not pay enough shipping, you will be invoiced for the remaining amount of shipping costs, which must be paid before your order will be mailed.
I am not responsible for packages after they have been dropped off at the post office as I do not have any control or input over what happens to packages while in transit. Unfortunately, the post office does make occasional mistakes, but I am not able to take responsibility for them — I do not send refunds for lost or stolen packages. If there is a problem with your delivery, I recommend contacting your local post office for help.
You are responsible for making sure your shipping information is correct before placing your order. If a package is sent back to me due to an incorrect address, you will have to pay a second shipping fee in order for me to purchase a second label with the corrected information.
Custom pacis, like the rest of my decos, are a piece of art that I have created. Fill out the custom form to tell me the color scheme and type of charms that you would like. I follow these requests and am willing to discuss further suggestions; however, the final design is ultimately up to me as the artist.
Mystery boxes are inherently a surprise. I use questionnaire responses to choose items to the best of my ability, but the contents of these packages are ultimately up to me and what I have available/easy access to. Similar to all loot crates and subscription boxes, please understand that you may not 100% love every item that comes in your box as if you’d handpicked them yourself; however, I do include a variety of fun items that I find enjoyable and my past customers seem to agree by the feedback they’ve given me :)
If you have an open order, I probably won't check in with you unless I need to because messaging every person is too time consuming. If you have a question, you are welcome to ask me!
Concerning potential/unplaced orders, I have a limit on how much I can discuss. A couple questions is fine; however, I can not spend an hour discussing an order that may never get placed.
